" Hi! My name is Glenn Montoya, and for most of my life I have been a shy person. My wife will eagerly attest to this. I just don’t or didn’t know how to carry a conversation. Even though we run a business where I have to talk to people I did what I had to do to get the job done and no more. When I am around friends I clam up. Yes I was pretty introverted. "This was 'THE BEST' seminar that we have ever attended! We have just started a real estate business together as a couple. What we learned has grown our business more than we could have imagined.

After getting home from this amazing seminar over the weekend I have already told 2 friends about it. It finished right on time at 1:00 on Sunday and on the way home we stopped to eat and we also bought 100 manila folders. When we got home we moved our office which was in the back lounge in our home and too close to the TV into the sunroom as it is separated from the rest of the house. "Thank you so much for sharing yourselves and so much valuable information at the Mastering the Mindset weekend. I thought I would share with you what I have experienced since the weekend. During the weekend, while I enjoyed the presentation greatly, I can't say I felt like any huge shift was taking place. So, the following Monday, I half expected the "same old same old". Boy was I in for a surprise! My challenge has always been taking action. Beginning on Monday following the weekend it was like some unseen force was moving me! I could not stop! "To be honest with you, we went to the seminar not knowing what to expect, and we left knowing that there is much more to business, life, our relationships, that there is much more to the way we saw or wanted to see things. However, it all started with the coaching program.

For many years, Tomas and I were relying on ourselves more than others - did things, solved problems ourselves, did not ask for help, etc. This is how we have always done things. Therefore, signing up for a coaching program was a huge step for us, it was new and scary at the same time. It is very hard to let a person you don't know ( i.e., coach) to let into your life, allow that person be part of your life, share details about your life, etc. Our coach was and is a big help and support in our business and life matters. We thought we were growing and we did. However, the Mastering the Mindset seminar opened our eyes even more. We had no clue that it was good to be selfish sometimes. Answering the phone was sort of a mandatory thing - it is ringing, so you're supposed to answer! We are not quite there yet with not answering calls at all, but we are definitely not running to the phone anymore. Trust us, having it all together - Wesley on one side and you guys, Julia and Jack, on the other - is on of the best things that could have happened to us. In a month or so we've done more and more efficiently and effectively than in a whole year. We finally started seeing some results - our houses that we held for a few months got sold, our wholesale deals started "rolling" and we can only hope the numbers will only increase and we move forward.
